The WCB calculates your premiums based on your payroll information and your WCB Rate. Once we review this information, you will receive an Account Statement that has the amount you owe and payment requirements for your WCB premiums.

Unfortunately, account statements or balances are not available online at this time. Please contact Assessment Services Department for this information.

If you are making multiple payments throughout the year, a statement will be sent any month the payment is owing. Refer to the second page on your statement to see when upcoming payments are due.

If you don’t pay your premiums, you will receive a late payment penalty and your account will be placed in default until resolved. This will affect your ability to receive clearances and may affect your ability to bid on jobs or contracts and receive payment for work completed.

Personal or optional coverage will be cancelled if a payment is not received.

We suggest using our online clearances system to stay up to date on your standing with the WCB.
