We are committed to maintaining a transparent, accountable workers compensation system and ensuring all individuals and companies participate in the system fairly and ethically.

  • We collect customer feedback to ensure our service lives up to our goal of being fast, easy, caring, right and clear, and learn how we can improve
  • Our Compliance Services Department helps employers, workers and healthcare providers learn about and fulfill their rights and responsibilities in the workers compensation system, to prevent fraud and program abuse
  • Our Annual Report provides an overview of each year’s operational highlights and our financial performance
  • The Accessibility for Manitobans Act (AMA) lays out the foundation for removing barriers for people with disabilities and developing standards for making Manitoba accessible for everyone. The WCB Accessibility Plan outlines the WCB's efforts in this regard. Alternate file formats of resources are available for individuals who may have visual impairments. Please contact wcb@wcb.mb.ca for more information.
    • The WCB recognizes that individuals with disabilities may face barriers that prevent them from full and effective participation in the workplace on an equal basis. The WCB is committed to removing or reducing barriers faced by job applicants and employees with disabilities by providing them with reasonable accommodation. The Accessible Employment Policy describes how the WCB meets its obligation under the Accessible Employment Standard Regulation.
  • The Public Sector Compensation Disclosure Act requires public sector bodies to disclose a list of officers and employees whose compensation is $75,000 or more. The WCB’s 2019 compensation disclosure list is now available.
