You have a right to report your injury 

reporting rightAs a worker, it’s your right to report workplace injuries directly to the WCB. Your employer is also required to report the injury to the WCB within five business days of the incident.

No one is allowed to discourage you from reporting your workplace injury in any way. It is illegal for your employer to discipline or fire you or your coworkers for reporting a workplace injury.
