The Assessment Services Department (or ASD) of the Workers Compensation Board is responsible for calculating and collecting premiums from Manitoba's employers to cover the cost of workplace injuries.
Register Your Business
Nearly 70 per cent of Manitoba businesses are required to purchase WCB coverage. If you are a new business, register online or contact ASD staff who can advise if you must purchase coverage.
Report Your Payroll
Each year, employers must report payroll information to the WCB. Employers may report their payroll online or by submitting a paper form. Payroll information is due the last day of February.
