- Policy 31.05.10, Cost Relief/Cost Transfer - Class E Employers: The 2024 threshold amount for recalculating current year and prior years' assessment rates was added into Appendix B of this policy
- Policy 32.00 Statement of Investment Policies and Objectives: Policy 32.00 was amended by Board Order 37/23 on September 28, 2023. Updates to the policy include annual updates to the characteristics of the Policy Asset Mix table and expansion of the allowable mix ranges for alternative asset classes.
- Policy 35.10.120 Terms and Conditions of Optional Coverage: The 2024 minimum and maximum coverage amounts were added into Appendix A of this policy.
- Policy 43.10.50 Rehabilitation for Spouses or Common-Law Partners of Deceased Workers: The 2024 maximum annual net employment income level was added into Appendix A of this policy.
- Policy 43.20.40 Relocation: Reimbursement of Relocations Costs (Attachment B) was adjusted effective October 1, 2023.
- Policy 44.10.20.60 Recurring Effects of Injuries and Illnesses (Recurrences): The 2024 maximum and policy cap levels were added into Appendix A of this policy.
- Policy 44.100.20 Annuities: The 2024 threshold levels for converting a lump sum payment into an annuity and eligibility for independent financial advice were added into Table A of this policy.
- Policy 44.120.30, Support for Daily Living: The 2024 clothing and footwear allowances were added to section C of the Administrative Guidelines.
- Policy 52.30, SAFE Work Certified Program (SWCP): The SAFE Work Certification Guidelines for Individually Assessed Employers was added to the guideline section of this policy.
- Policy 52.40, Prevention Rebate Program: The policy was updated to confirm that only Class E employers are eligible for a prevention rebate.
