- Policy 22.20, Compliance and Enforcement: Policy revised by Board Order No. 26/24 on June 20, 2024, effective immediately. The revisions clarify the process for reconsideration and appeal when more than one administrative penalty is applied to the same set of circumstances.
- Policy 22.70.30, Employers' Responsibilities for Reporting Claims: Policy 22.70.30 amended by Board Order 28/24 on June 20, 2024 to clarify the responsibility of the employer as opposed to the process used to determine if an administrative penalty or fine should be applied. This amendment is effective July 1, 2024.
- Policy 44.05.20, Conflicting Health Care Evidence and Opinions: New policy created by Board Order 21/24 on April 25, 2024, effective July 1, 2024. This policy is designed to assist in the assessment and weighing of medical opinions.
- Policy 44.120.10, Medical Aid: Policy amended by Board Order No. 27/24 on June 20, 2024, effective July 1, 2024. The Board rescinded policies 42.10.10, Elective Surgical Procedures and 42.20.30, Medical Reports effective June 30, 2024 and replaced these with two new Schedules (F and G, respectively,) to the Medical Aid policy. Polices 42.20.20, Out of Province Referrals for Clinical Examinations and 42.20.40, Neuroaugmentative Devices were also rescinded by Board Order No. 27/24 effective June 30, 2024.
