- Policy 43.20.40, Relocation: Reimbursement of Relocation Costs was adjusted effective October 1, 2023. In February 2024, Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation released the Winnipeg Rental Market Report. This report displays the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment referred to in the policy.
- Policy 44.80.30.20, Post-Accident Earnings - Deemed Earning Capacity: The policy was updated to reflect the amendment and renumbering of section 27 by The Workers Compensation Amendment Act (commonly referred to as Bill 18). The policy was also updated to reflect Schedule 'A', Minimum Weeks of Job Search, updated effective July 1, 2024 to reflect the 2023 Labour Force Survey (LFS) annual average estimates released by Statistics Canada.
