Policy 44.10.20.70 Recurring Effects of Injuries and Illnesses (Recurrences) (decisions post January 1, 2020): Policy amended by Board Order 47/19, on December 18, 2019 to incorporate the main policy statement in policy 44.10.20.55, TTD Benefits to Retired Workers in Cases of Recurrence (which was rescinded by Board Order 46/19 on December 18, 2019). The policy is renumbered from 44.10.20.50.20 to 44.10.20.70.  This revised policy is effective for decisions on or after January 1, 2020 and applies to pre-1992 accidents. The previous policy effective January 1, 2006 is renumbered to 44.10.20.70.01.

Policy 44.10.20.70.01 Recurring Effects of Injuries and Illness (Recurrences) (decisions made from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2019): The previous policy 44.10.20.50.20 is renumbered as 44.10.20.70.01. This policy applies to decisions made from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2019 regarding pre-1992 accidents.

Policy 52.10 Research and Workplace Innovation Program (RWIP): Policy amended by Board Order 44/19 on December 18, 2019 to reflect modified mandate (removal of scientific funding stream).

Policy 44.10.20.55 TTD Benefits to Retired Workers in Cases of Recurrence: Policy repealed and removed from the policy manual by Board Order No. 46/19 on December 18, 2019.

Policy 44.40.20 Maximum Compensation - Temporary Partial Disability: Policy repealed and removed from the policy manual by Board Order No. 46/19 on December 18, 2019.
