Policy Purpose

This policy explains when and how a Medical Review Panel (MRP) may be convened as provided by The Workers Compensation Act of Manitoba (WCA). It clarifies the rights of the worker and employer, and the authority and responsibilities of the Workers Compensation Board (WCB).
